Gite of 33 m2 on 2 levels for 2 to 3 people. Living room of 20 m2 - TV with a sofa, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave, ....). Bedroom of 15m2: 1 bed of 160x200 + 1 extra bed 90x200 on the mezzanine, shower room and separate WC. The little extras : Gas barbecue, air-conditioned cottage. 2 terraces with panoramic views.
During the summer season enjoy the heated swimming pool (5 x 10m) on a landscaped, enclosed 1,600m2 plot of land with garden furniture and deckchairs. Private parking.
Special conditions for weekly bookings
- Reservation : all reservations become final upon receipt of payment of a 30% deposit. The balance of 70% will be paid on the day of your departure before 11 a.m. Confirmation of your reservation constitutes acceptance of our rental conditions (available on request).
- Caution:a deposit of €300 must be paid by check upon arrival or will be pre-registered if your deposit was paid by credit card or online.
- Housekeeping : when you leave, the cottage must be returned in perfect condition, the dishes put away, the beds made and the bins emptied and taken out. The general cleaning of the cottage is carried out by you, barbecue included. You can opt for the cleaning package if you want to enjoy your stay in complete peace of mind (see additional option)
- Inventory & condition : an inventory and condition report will be carried out by you upon your arrival (documents made available to you in the gîte Welcome Booklet). Document to be given to us no later than 24 hours after your arrival. If it is complete, the deposit will be returned to you within 2 working days after your departure.
- Additional options : Upon reservation, it is possible to have breakfast in the dining room with the other guests as well as the guest tables.and other services at an additional cost (see prices). Additional person (see prices), access to our laundry room during your stay (€5 per machine), cleaning fee (€50). Heating fee €5/day from October 15 to April 15.
